The 2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon (yes “Wagon” they arent coyly calling it a crossover) is getting enthusiastic thumbs up from Automobile, Motor Trend, and Jalopnik whose Ben Wojdyla raves…

Conventional wisdom is Americans don’t like wagons, imagining them as transportation for unwashed masses of rugrats driven by people who’ve given up being cool. The Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon resoundingly shreds that stereotype.

Here’s the short version: “There are no guarantees, but it is likely — if the automaker desires — that warranties will be honored. But there are several legal twists and turns.”
