The best-reviewed car in America at the moment is not an American car, nor a particularly realistic one. It’s the $1.5 million Bugatti Veyron, which averages a 96 from (starry-eyed) reviewers. Since most folks aren’t going to be shopping for a Veyron, we classify the car as an “exotic,” along with a number of other high-priced and low-production super cars. Click for more
