    Was this perhaps 3D? the stuff that flies at the screen suggests that I need my red and blue spectacles.

    It says "A Three-Dimensional Polaroid Film in Technicolor" -- so I would guess it probably used POLAROID glasses (left and right lenses polarized at 90 degree angles) for the 3-D effect instead of Red & Blue lenses.

    This is just fantastic, what a great video! It looks like it must have taken a good long time with lots of heavy equipment to make. Love it!
